Return Rules and Restrictions


  1. Call our Returns Customer Service Center at 1-866-627-8278 so that we may record your information and issue an RA number. It is important that you contact us to ensure that your product is serviced immediately upon arrival.
  2. Fill out the warranty form with your name, shipping address (no PO boxes please), telephone number, email address, and a brief description of the problem that you are experiencing with your product.
  3. Along with the completed warranty form, please also enclose a copy of your receipt if the item is less than 90 days old. If the item is over 90 days old please include a $10.00 check or money order payable to NcSTAR for shipping and handling.
  4. Pack everything together in the Original Box and Ship product to NcStar prepaid and insured by mail, UPS, FedEx or other parcel service. Please keep tracking numbers for your shipment. NcStar cannot be responsible for your product until we physically receive it. Also, please write your issued RA number on the outside of the box.
